Restart Active Directory service that stopped working

We have an VAST system and struggle to get it to work correctly with active directory. Is it a way to restart this system. We have checked all the firewalls finds no blocking. Everything looks good and after a while it goes to in_discovery connection state. It there anywhere we can see errors logs.

We have tried to get this to work from January and we still struggle to get the correct help and answer. Looks like the system have failed its active directory implementation.

I have solved this problem.
