I’m trying to do the VAST Data Code Labs. After going to the link (https://connect.thecosmoslabs.com/cosmos-labs) and logging in with Github, when I click the “Launch Lab Environment” button, a new window opens but it gives me the following error: “The requested connection does not exist. Please check the connection name and try again.” The main Cosmos Code Labs page indicates there should be sessions available (it has been at 0/35 or 1/35 active sessions). Is there a way to fix this so I can access the lab environment?
Hi @KarahAllen thanks for posting.
Are you still having issues connecting?
Just to clarify, are you using the same login as Cosmos community? Alternatively, can you try logging into Community and Labs using a different provider like Gmail?
I am able to load the Cosmos Labs, so let me know if you can try again with the same account and also a different provider.
Do share a screen shot of what you are seeing. Will test out things on my end.
Thank you for the reply! I did not change my login, but it seems to be working today. I’m not sure what changed, but hopefully it continues to work. Thanks again.
Thanks for the update, keep us posted ![]()
