The virtual lab is very useful. Is there an environment that allows for read/write (even if only for a small amount of data) in order to prototype scripts and database coding (python). It would probably require a 2nd window with terminal, access to API, SDK, etc. in order to work.

Right now, we do not have a public environment for writing, but we do have a catalogue of examples of how to access a VAST cluster or VAST DB over API.
Happy to hear what scripts you are looking to build out and if we can consider adding them to the /examples folder to be available on Cosmos Labs.
