- The new platform has better search functionality with advanced filters to help narrow your searches.
- When using the advanced search, you can narrow your results to KBs or Product Documentation, keywords/tags, dates, or specific categories.
- AI article summary, audio listening, and sharing and follow capabilities.
- Export articles to PDF for offline reading.
- Both site and article Table of Contents with breadcrumbs to simplify navigation.
- New and updated article indicators show which articles have recent changes in the site’s Table of Contents. Orange dot for updated, green for new.
- Better SEO indexing.
- Related articles are automatically added to the end of each article to provide related content that may be useful.
- Link to the page or a heading within the article for more direct links to sections.
- Support for both light and dark themes.
