I understand the VAST event broker has some limitations over Java-Kafka. Given that, I would like a sandbox to test out the feature set offered by the VAST event broker. I would welcome some github samples as well.
Got it! Our Cosmos Labs will continue to be read-only for the time being as it’s a real VAST cluster, so it won’t be a full sandbox environment. But the plan is to have proper examples and a live feed that you can use to learn more about the Kafka implementation we have.
Do you have any specific Kafka use cases you’d like to see? That will help us when we’re creating the lab.
Simple producer, consumer (+ consumer groups) would suffice initially. Thanks.
